Gatekeeper is a property development and long-term investment company, established in 2002 through the merger of various businesses and companies in which its shareholders held the majority interests.

The Gatekeeper board of directors consists of five non-executive directors and three executive directors. The roles of Chairman and Managing Director have been split in accordance with good corporate governance. Our Non-Executive Chairman is the well known Max Sisulu and our Managing Director is George Rautenbach.

The knowledge, qualifications and experience of the executive directors, coupled with the invaluable input from the non-executive directors makes Gatekeeper a formidable and influential player in the property development and investment market.
